How important is spirituality in your life?
Having lived both realities—being a believer and not—I can say with certainty that spirituality is like the very air we breathe. It is the canvas upon which we paint our lives, the soil where we sow our future. Faith, that belief in something we don’t fully understand but deeply feel, is the force that brings balance to our mind, body, and emotions, guiding us toward a constant personal evolution. Without that faith, we are adrift in a sea of darkness, pain, and sorrow—dying of thirst surrounded by endless water.
Without God, life feels empty and directionless. My reconnection with God, during the darkest moment of my life, made me realize how much I had hurt myself by losing faith. God is within each of us—we only need to be still and learn to listen. When I regained my faith, life regained its meaning. The fog lifted, and I could finally see the path that had always been right before my eyes. Now, not a day goes by without meditation, without gratitude for all my blessings, and without choosing joy at every sunrise.
