What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

Eating is a pleasure—not only because it stimulates all the senses, but also because, in many cases, it evokes unforgettable memories and cherished moments shared with loved ones.
I deeply enjoy food, from selecting the ingredients to preparing and savoring each bite. But if there’s one thing that can completely brighten my day, it’s the famous Panes de Yuca from my homeland.
These little cheese puffs are made with cassava starch and cheese, then baked to golden perfection. They can be enjoyed at any time of day, often accompanied by coffee or a warm infusion. In my region, they’re typically served with yogurt, a pairing that suits the warm climate beautifully.
To me, Ecuadorian Panes de Yuca are both a pleasure and an irresistible indulgence.
