What could you do differently?
I’ve always wanted to have the willpower to start my day at 5AM with my daily exercise routine. Many times I’ve tried to do it. The last time, I managed to keep it up for a year. Then, I broke the streak again. I didn’t have the strength of character to keep it. I work out in the afternoon, which takes away a lot of time from other activities. Starting my day at 5AM and making it a routine has always been a struggle for me. I admire people who have that gift of sacrificing an hour of sleep and belong to that select 5AM club.
