What do you wish you could do more every day?
The answer to this question is simple:
Do more, each day, of the things that make us happy.
Love and respect ourselves, others, and the nature that shelters us. We must choose to do it today—not tomorrow, not the day after. Today is the moment to laugh, to enjoy, to love, and to be happy. Put on our best outfit and step outside. Prepare our best dinner even if no one is coming. Dance around the house or sing as loudly as we can. Do this even if people think we’ve gone crazy. To hug our children and our parents and tell them how much we love them. Tomorrow is already too late. Any day we fail to live fully is a day we will never get back.
On our deathbed, we won’t remember how much money we made, the titles we earned, or the things we owned. What we will remember are the days we laughed without stopping. The moments and places that took our breath away. The times we loved, were disappointed, and loved again. And every occasion when we planted joy and happiness in the hearts of the people who crossed our path.
