There’s No Single Favorite Genre—It All Depends on the Moment
I don’t have just one favorite genre of music—it really depends on what I’m doing. That said, I’d say moderate-tempo electronic music keeps me company for most of the day.
If the activity calls for more BPM—like weight training or cardio—then Trance, Progressive, or even Metal are perfect companions. When I need fewer beats per minute, like when I’m cooking or doing something around the house, a slow-tempo House playlist or some classic Soft Rock does the trick. For work, I usually don’t need music to concentrate, but sometimes a bit of slow ambient music helps me stay focused. And if I’m reading or meditating and need a melodic boost, classical music is the only thing that truly works. On sleepless nights, nature sounds are the remedy.

And this is a sneak peek of me many years ago trying to imitate one of my favorite bands:
The truth is, no matter what we’re doing or where we come from, music is essential at every stage of life. We all have a perfect soundtrack for whatever we’re doing, and music is as personal as our own spirituality. It speaks directly to the soul and reminds us of the joy of being alive.
