What are you most excited about for the future?
This is a continuation of the previous post, where I shared why I don’t dwell on the past:
The future neither worries nor excites me.
The future doesn’t exist either; it is built gradually through each small decision we make. By strengthening our mind, body, and emotions, we create a framework that prepares us to face new opportunities. Likewise, when we fail to act on our present decisions, we become more vulnerable to threats that undermine our well-being.
We expect nothing from the future, but we can be ready to face new challenges as they arise. It is up to us to decide the attitude with which we meet the present—and every action, whether wise or misguided, will echo back to us twice as strongly in the future.
Each morning, the path unfolds before us, and we must be prepared—mind, body, and spirit—to walk it.
