Writing in a blog is essential for maintaining good mental health.
Just like other healthy habits, take a few minutes each day to write down what’s on your mind. Healthy habits include meditation, exercise, eating well, or getting enough rest. This practice contributes meaningfully to our well-being. It helps us release tension and stress.
I write in my blog as part of many activities. These activities bring me satisfaction, good energy, and positivism throughout the day. I don’t write primarily to please an audience. I also don’t cater to a specific group. I write as a soothing and necessary practice to find balance. If what I write happens to resonate with someone in a positive way, then wonderful—mission accomplished.
