What do you complain about the most?

It is never easy to speak about oneself, and even harder to acknowledge our own mistakes. Complaining about everything and anything is not a good practice—it fills us with negative energy and, in the long run, exhausts the people who live or work with us. No matter how intolerable a situation may be, we only have two paths: to change what is within our power to change, or to keep an attitude of resignation toward what we can’t (or do not want to) change.

One thing I struggle to tolerate, and that often draws my attention and complaints, is the permissiveness with which many crimes are tolerated, no matter how small they may seem. I believe that once our penalties become stricter and punishments more severe—even for the smallest offenses—we will have a society that functions better.

Nowadays, we see how wrongdoers have no fear of being so, while good people have no motivation to remain good. We need societies to work again, whether through fear of punishment or through the satisfaction of reward.
