If I’m going to eat absurd amounts of sugar, I prefer desserts. When it comes to desserts, the question is extremely difficult for me. From Spanish nougat, an Italian tiramisu, Arab baklava, or a strawberry cheesecake—all accompanied by a double espresso.

And I make special mention of one of the favorite desserts from my homeland: the exquisite “colada morada”.
