If each of us contribute just a little to our community, we would achieve fairer societies. One of our personal purposes in life is to discover our mission. Our mission is something we love doing and that the world genuinely needs. And that mission is nothing more than helping people as much as we can, without expecting anything in return.

I believe the best way to help is by providing jobs. Even something simple matters. Giving a coin to the person who watches your car or collects your trash at night makes a difference. That small gesture is repeated and multiplied every day. It gives that person an income. This income helps their family cope with poverty in a better way. Providing jobs is the most effective way to reduce society’s problems, like crime, homelessness, or drug abuse. If we have more, we should give more. If we can offer someone a steady job, we should do it. If we can hire ten people, even better. I believe that is the best way to fulfill our mission.
