I’ve never really stopped to think about the first impression I want to make. This usually happens when meeting someone for the first time. I always try to be cordial, kind, and sincere—but also firm and confident. I greet with a smile, a firm handshake, and direct eye contact. I aim to come across as self-assured, open, and ready for dialogue. I like to be direct and avoid wasting time.

Some people perceive that attitude as cold or intimidating, while others see it as something positive. In any case, I prefer that people know my intentions from the very beginning.
