This positive aspect of humanity contrasts with our primitivism. Huge spiritual doctrines, but poor emotional management has characterized humans since the era of hunter-gatherers. Our fragile nature, prone to self-destruction, drives us to invent things. Yet, we also use these inventions in ways that lead to regression.

No technological advance has ever been the cause of the world’s problems. It is the way humans use technology that determines whether it is labeled good or bad. Goodness or evil does not exist in technology itself, but in human nature and its shortcomings.
