I don’t consider myself an expert. I wouldn’t even say I know how to cook. I love being in the kitchen experimenting and preparing dishes. I’m very enthusiastic—I enjoy learning and trying over and over until what I want turns out the way I like. I enjoy variety: Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, Indian, or the food from my own country. Maybe my preference is seafood and all its varieties. I love seafood, and it’s what I enjoy cooking the most.
