You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?
There’s no better way to truly know a country than by traveling across it on land. The best places I’ve discovered here didn’t on a map. I found them through the window of a train. I came across them in the honest discomfort of a bus. Or found them along a road that seemed to stretch into forever. And the bicycle… that’s for those short routes. Your body becomes the compass on these routes. The path forces you to slow down and enter places a car never reaches.
In the end, choosing to cross a country changes the way you see. It transforms your perspective, regardless of how you do it. It’s a journey everyone should experience at least once. Somewhere between dust, curves, and distant horizons, you learn to see the world. You also learn to see yourself.
