What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
9PM to 5AM
About three years ago, I started this routine because I was going to bed late and waking up exhausted most mornings. These days? I don’t even need to set an alarm on my phone.
Waking up at 5 AM has become one of the best habits I’ve picked up. That early window gives me a full hour of peace and quiet—a perfect time to dive into things that need focus, like meditating, journaling, or planning out the day. By 6, the sun’s up, and the city slowly fades back into its usual hum—a mix of sounds that never quite settles.
I stay sharp all day. No grogginess, no mental fog. I’ve got room for everything: workouts, study time, even space to think. It’s become part of my rhythm.
Now, by 9 PM? I’m out. Fatigue rolls in and my day winds down naturally.
Weekends are a bit different—sometimes I stretch the hours and shift to a 10 PM – 6 AM schedule. But when Monday rolls around, it’s right back to 5 AM. And strangely enough, I look forward to it.
