What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
There are several, but I believe the most important of all is: Meditation.
Dedicate the early hours of the morning to spiritually connect with what we call God. This time is before the day begins, while the city still rests in silence. Spend thirty minutes in total focus. Give thanks for all our blessings. Reassess our intentions and strengthen our spiritual bonds. It is the best way to start the day. This habit allows all other good habits—physical, mental, and emotional—to naturally emerge.
