What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
I’ve practiced many forms of physical exercise since my 20s—swimming, cycling, track and field. In the first half of my life, I think I enjoyed cardio. That is probably why I’ve always had a lean build. Now, in my second half, what I enjoy most is weight training to build muscle mass. Few reps, as much weight as I can handle. Cardio isn’t as necessary at this age—once a week is enough. It’s better to boost metabolism after your 50s.
Off course good diet, resting and zero stress is also part of the training.
