What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

The hardest part of the daily routine is physical exercise. At least for me, it’s become increasingly difficult with age.

I’ve built the habit of working out three to four times a week. Despite this, it’s getting harder and harder to put on my workout clothes and shoes. It’s difficult to actually start my routine. I understand people who haven’t formed the habit and are trying to do so at this stage. They give it a shot, but often quit after just a few days.

Physical exercise is essential at every stage of life. It is important to find both the physical strength and mental strength for those 30 minutes. Even a daily walk makes a difference
