How do you unwind after a demanding day?
Every day is intense at my job — some more than others. My routine when I get home starts with a 30‑minute workout. That’s when my body finishes exhausting itself after the already demanding physical effort out on the street. Then I take a shower and prepare my dinner. Soft electronic music. After eating, I watch a TV show with a glass of wine or a beer. An hour is enough. Then I read for another hour. I’m always reading a book — I finish one and start another. By the end, around 10 PM, I’m done, and my day officially ends until 6 AM the next morning.
