Write your guide to setting healthy boundaries in relationships.
Interpersonal relationships are based on respect and mutual benefit. If this basic principle is not met, there are no real relationships—only one person taking advantage of the other until their resources are exhausted. Within that respect and mutual benefit, it is important to establish boundaries that define where the romantic relationship ends and where individual privacy begins, along with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual essence of each person. There is a space within every individual that must not be invaded, not even by a partner. The key to establishing healthy boundaries in relationships is dialogue.
