What do you do to improve your sleep?
Sleeping a sufficient number of hours each day — between 7 and 8 — is one of the pillars of good health. A restful night maintains our energy and mood throughout the day, making us more productive and happier. Many factors can affect sleep: stress, anxiety, depression, poor diet, and a sedentary lifestyle are among the main causes.
To improve sleep quality, these factors must be addressed. A healthy diet and regular exercise help the body feel tired enough at night, making it easier to fall asleep. Reducing screen time in the evening, keeping the bedroom quiet and at a comfortable temperature, listening to soft music, reading a book, and meditating before bed are habits that, when practiced daily, ensure truly restorative rest.
