I have lived wonderful days in my past, like the day my children came into the world, or the day I got married—deeply in love and full of hope. Of course, there have also been very sad days that are not worth remembering.

However, if I had the chance to relive a single day from my past, I wouldn’t choose any of them. Why? Because no day is better than the present.

Even though we remember so many beautiful moments we’ve lived before, we must make the present day the best day possible. Live this day as if it were the last, yet be prepared, because it’s likely that God will bless us with a new day tomorrow.
